Liberties Press, Ireland’s leading Independent Publisher have published a new book titled “Silicon Docks: The Rise of Dublin as a Global Tech Hub”, edited by Pamela Newenham. The book charts how the IDA, Industrial Development Authority, persuaded Tech Giants to set up offices in the Dublin Docklands area.
